Here at Movement we have a heart to serve young people and the local church by engaging, equipping and empowering young people to be all that God has called them to be.
What’s the Movement Academy all about?
Movement academy gatherings are designed to help explore, encourage and equip people in their giftings. One of the best ways we can do that is by gathering together to listen to others, asking questions and sharing ideas that we can take back and practically have a go at. Each Movement Academy gathering will have a different focus of conversation for us to explore.
What’s the focus this time?
This time we’re going to be focusing the conversation around Worship and what that looks like on a practical level for all of us.
Who’s going to be there?
We’re excited to have our good friends Tom Smith & Dan Goodwright from Soul Survivor come along and share with us.
Who can come?
Although Movement has a focus on Youth & Young adults. This event is open to anyone who has a heart and a desire to grow in the topic of conversation around Worship.
How much does it cost?
It's completely free, but we do need you to book your space so we know numbers in advance.
Arriving at St Michael’s Church
Please arrive at 7pm for a 7:30pm start. We will close the doors at 7:45pm
Safety
We will do our best to make sure things are as safe as possible for you to join us but ultimately you join us at your own risk. Movement will not be held responsible or liable if you come into contact and/or are infected with COVID-19 in any form due to your attendance.
Before you get here, please make sure you have been practising good hygiene, using common sense, and following government guidelines to avoid infection and stay as safe as possible.
If you have any Covid symptoms, or have had close contact with anyone with Covid symptoms, please do not come.
It is not compulsory to wear a face mask but if you would like to that’s ok.
Parking
Unfortunately there is no parking at St Michael’s, however, there is on-street parking in the surrounding area and there are a number of pay and display car parks nearby.
